Didn't we have a lovely time. The day we went to [strike]Bangor[/strike] Braehead :lol:

Braehead awash with blue and white balloons, Oerml flyers, angry operations manager Hugh Kerr, torn face regional manager Janice Mcpherson giving poor Gary shopping centre manager pelters! Empty OE shop - wonder how many consultations that wee shug ordered the poor call centre staff to phone up and bullsh*t into another appointment??

"I was told Optical Express' Performance Director Hugh Kerr was called in to deal with the situation but for some reason he chose not to introduce himself.

Midday, after I'd hijacked the 'pod' & OE were alerted to the fact I was in the building, an angry looking little man arrived who spent most of his time with his phone attached to his ear, also taking numerous photos of me from the balcony above.

I took him by surprise at one point and asked for his name, but he turned his head away & beckoned for a police officer to intervene before scuttling inside OE's store. When he reappeared, oddly reluctant to have his photo taken, he desperately ran away, found himself cornered at the end of the balcony & hid in one of the shops.
