Replied by My Beautiful Eyes on topic Patient reply to David Mungall @ OE
Posted 19 Jul 2013 13:34 #41It would be more appropriate to receive an apology for ruining my night vision, lying to me, obtaining my consent (not informed in any way) by fraudulent deception, allowing me to drive heavy machinery (endangering my own life as well as others) whilst being in fact illegal to drive and then putting me through a living hell for the past eight months. Along with this, causing me to be unable to see properly during this time and doing nothing to remedy that situation.
Your advertising ought to read: "We have no medical evidence of how laser surgery may affect your vision or how long it may last for or if it will even be successful. If it doesn't work we'll mess you about, lie to you, fail to provide the paperwork you legally request and cause you to have a nervous breakdown. Possibly even hospitalise you. We also won't explain that the structure of your eye is irreparably damaged and only heals by means of scar tissue giving a fraction of the tensile strength it once had"."

Apparently it went against their own guidelines and was out of time, they only allow reviews of up to 2 years or something like that, what a crock of shit, if that were true then they should have told me that in the first place instead of all the goings on getting my review back online, or maybe they were leant on heavily to get rid of my review once and for all and needed an excuse to do just that. It's sickening what these people get up to.
Well I tell OE something, my review may well have been out of time for some magically thought up guideline at Trustpilot, but I tell you what isn't out of time, my litigation case, they will pay for what they have done to me and I have the best legal team and specialists absolutely possible, and I can tell them right now I am NOT going to be subject to any sort of gagging order, you will not silence me.

For anyone having issues with TP just keep at them and give them proof that you are a customer of OE and they really have no choice to but to put back any reviews that they have taken down due to OE's heavy handed tactics.

I've spent the last few weeks back and forth with Trustpilot and after providing hard evidence that I am actually a customer of OE they have stated that my review is back online now, but when viewing the site as an anonymous user as most folk would be my review is not online, yet I can see it when I log into Trustpilot.
How hard is it to just put a genuine review on a site without OE throwing their weight around, it really does say alot about the company and the scum that run it.

AVOID
After having eye laser surgery in September I have severe dry eyes, halo, starburst, watering eyes, stinging headaches etc been on 8 different eye drops & was told last month my eyes have regressed to my prescription pre surgery, I'm very disappointed and have lost confidence driving at night due to starburst and halo & therefore will not drive in the dark, I have been waiting for 3 months for a phone call for eye plugs, went in MK optical express 3 weeks ago they were rushed off there feet and was told the would ring me back that day to arrange a appointment & to this day have not rang. I am back to wearing glasses after 2weeks of ordering them I rang to see if glasses were in stock & was told yes, I asked why no one contacted me and they said it said on computer I was contact, my home phone & mobile had not been contacted to which they replied a letter was sent by post, which been 2 weeks and not been recieved, just seem to be fobbed off and lied to.... AVOID!!!

OE really are the most pathetic, disgusting company out there, i've emailed Trustpilot and told them that my review was honest, I am a customer of OE and did provide my patient ID for reference, so there is no reason whatsoever to take down my review.
As usual I can only assume its OE being heavy handed as per the norm and either leaning on them or paying them to take down bad reviews.
As frustrated as I am though, I can see light at the end of the tunnel and justice will be forthcoming, once my litigation is wrapped up (this year hopefully) then we shall see who is the one smiling, it certainly won't be Mr Moulsdale I know that!
I just hope it's all done and dusted before they go down the drain altogether, they won't be around much longer, personally I can't wait for the next company accounts figures and have a jolly good laugh at how badly they are performing.
