Having managed one of Optical Express's Flagship Surgery and Consultation clinics i can vouch that not only do they ruin the lives of their patients, they also do the same for their staff..... Horrified and resigned after 6 months...

Replied by admin on topic Interview with John McDonnell MP

Posted 24 Jun 2014 08:16 #433
I will be offline most of this week, but Optical Express shouldn’t get too excited as I’ll be back :)

A warm up on 30 June @ 11.00am when John McDonnell MP is interviewing me for Hayes FM Radio.

For anyone unable to tune in, don’t worry, it will be recorded and posted here and on OERML.

Watching the ITV programme about the Queen re the famous handshake with Martin McGuiness whilst in the waiting area at Optical Express.

NO handshake for me that morning from the surgeon, although this was his usual practice. There followed a suddenly dropped hand shake from the Clinical Director, which me me feel like I had the plague!

I presume I have large pupils. The drops do work but I don't know how long I will have to use them. I only use them at night but notice the past couple of days a slight blurriness of sight during daytime.

I have tried this and it gives you side effects. It shrinks your pupils and I assume the HOA (high order aberrations) are due to you having a small optical zone with large pupils...

"Optical Express has opened a new ‘state-of-the-art’ clinic in Southampton"

If David Moulsdale has the funds for this then surely he can afford to give speedier deposit refunds - or is it the non refundable deposits that have paid for it?

This website is for the many victims of laser eye surgery, and I agree with everything that admin and adversary have said. I am glad your surgery was successful, but mine wasn't, and my eyes and life are ruined.... I self harm and think about ending my life, and know I am not alone in this desperation after poor surgery.

What point do you see in posting your tactless and uninformed garbage here?

I see (with difficulty) that you say the results of your surgery have been "fantastic".

The Oxford Dictionary defines Fantastic as: "Imaginative or fanciful; remote from reality"
