The key word is 'customer' not 'patient' was created by Pandora

I believe all companies charge as much as they can get away with depending on how gullible they think the customer is.

The discounts they offer are bait & switch tactics similarly to advertised prices "From £395"

We know OE have a target based bonus structure for optoms as published in their vacancy ads, so presumably that's related to a payment tier.

Any OE staff reading who can shed light on this?

From what I've read, people who are reluctant to sign on the dotted line at their first FREE consult are told that the discounted price is for a ltd time, which it's obviously not.

With associated incentive schemes for customers to push '£500 Off' vouchers onto friends in return for £250 cash back it's basically hard sell!

HERE IS YOUR CHANCE TO GET A £250 OFF (50/50 SPLIT ON THE £500) VOUCHER FROM THIS AMAZING EYE TREATMENT.

According to the General Optical Council,
"Sight is the most precious of all our five senses"

So where did these optoms lose their way?
On the way to the bank perhaps just behind the surgeons B)
