II would like to say Jane that you’re not alone. On Sunday morning my right eye eroded twice in the space of two hours. Starting the antibiotics to stop any infection taking hold.
It never ends, this industry is failing in its duty of care hands down, winning by a country mile

Replied by Ashley Richards on topic Recurring Cornea Erosion (RCE)

Further erosions today in my left eye, however I needed to attend my appointment at Moorfields. They removed the punctam plugs from my tear ducts in lower eyelid. After four years of continuing problems, with more discomfort. the plugs were of no help in moistening the eye. Set up to have my fifth batch of PTK: www.eyeresearch.co.uk/ptk.html
Not looking forward to this but the object is to fix the botched work done by Optimax on the 8th July 2009

Yes, years after trashing my eyes and ruining my life, Optimax are still sending my husband their 'pressure sell' garbage. 'ROLL UP! ROLL UP! Buy it quick.....maybe regret it later!'
They do not give a f**k about how offensive they are being under the circumstances. One glance at the ad should make it obvious to anyone that they are now seriously desperate.

If Optimax are closing clinics - does that mean so is Ultralase clinics? What is going to happen to us Ultralase patients? The receptionist told me that she is getting the boot and all ultralse clinics are closing too. ...
