Replied by Mr Starburst on topic Optimax Ruined My Life Facebook page?

Nope! All down to a nasty little troll who is insanely jealous of Sasha (Sasha couldn’t see it but everyone else did) and doing its damnedest to disrupt the campaign. The troll was banned from OERML after complaints in August (I was one of the people who complained about it).

In spiteful revenge this sick little troll has caused Mr Abs so much trouble that he had to remove his ORML Facebook page and a lot of the content off his ORML website or he would lose his job. The horrible troll has also caused problems with OERML Facebook so it’s down at the moment. I spoke to Sasha yesterday and she’s waiting for FB to send a copy of the complaint and then she’ll know exactly what’s going on.

The troll should be asking OE and Optimax for wages because it’s working for them now!

If you want any more info send an email c/o Sasha "FAO Mr Starburst”.

PS - It helps me to picture the little troll as a wasp trapped in a jam jar, thrashing against the sides in frustration because it hasn’t been asked to talk to the newspapers and isn’t getting any attention!
Wish I could block up the holes in the lid though

Replied by Mr Abs on topic OPTIMAX | ULTRALASE

Posted 29 Sep 2014 22:03 #224
The following post has been left on my website
this evening in relation to Ultralase staff losing their
jobs after Optimax owner Russell Ambrose placed it
into administration.

optimaxruinedmylife.com/page8.php?topic=6

(Quoted earlier this year)
In December 2012 Optimax owner
Russell Ambrose bought "Ultralase Ltd” for an
alleged £10 million.

Less than a year later he put the company into administration
and rid himself of millions of pounds worth of debts -
and presumably tax owed to HMRC.

It would appear from the post written that it is not just laser
eye surgery victims who are having their lives ruined! :(

This man is sick! He knows what the risks are and still encourages his kids to mess with their eyes!

Who was the surgeon who did his eyes?
www.optimax.co.uk/inside_optimax/russell_ambrose.aspx

Definitly desperate if he has to advertise a medical procedure on ebay so shoud make people worry that if he's in financial trouble what happens if he goes broke like with Ultralase??

"Nowadays, Optimax operates optical care clinics throughout the UK and has used laser eye surgery to correct the minor visual impairments of around 350,000 patients.[6]"

Minor? What's he call minor?

Optimax vouchers are now listed on Ebay again.

Ebay previously removed them for breaching listing conditions as prohibited item. Go to link and click on Report item!

Replied by Mr Abs on topic HAS OPTIMAX REFUSED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH AFTERCARE?

Posted 03 Sep 2014 18:45 #228
Last month Sasha Rodoy issued court proceedings against Russell Ambrose for breach of agreement. He followed with a counterclaim. I will be called as a witness along with a number of other damaged Optimax patients!

Optimax failed to provide me with the Lifetime Aftercare guaranteed in the agreement I signed before my surgery on the 10th June 2011

Yesterday I issued my own court proceedings against Russell Ambrose and Optimax Clinics Unlimited.

If Optimax have failed to provide you with your aftercare - eye drops, etc… please contact me and I will help you with your legal claim.

It is not expensive - £185 for a £5,000 claim - and if you win Optimax have to pay your court costs ;)

I cannot understand WHY the government is allowing this to go on? I had to wait months to see an NHS consultant after my GP referred me with a serious condition (I am not saying the problems anyone is suffering from eye surgery are not serious). Then I waited another six months before I was able to have the operation I desperately needed.

There is an accepted shortage of funding and services within the NHS so why is wealthy businessman Russell Ambrose allowed to get away with burdening the NHS with the costs of treating his patients left with problems after being operated on at Optimax and Ultralase??

Russell Ambrose ultimately took the money for his obviously incompetent surgeons to operate on these patients and it is Russell Ambrose who should be meeting the costs for decent surgeons to fix the problems they've caused! NOT the NHS and NOT the tax payer.

I will be writing to my MP about this because it is not right by any stretch of the imagination!
